Bodega Septima

Septima is the Mendoza, Argentine project of the Spanish Cava (sparkling wine) giant Codorníu Group of Spain, who purchased the estate in 1999.

Their new wine facility was finished in 2002. This 750-acre estate is in the Lujan de Cuyo sub-region of Mendoza, a region that produces 75% of Argentina’s wine. The construction of the winery adhered closely to the principles used for many centuries by the region’s ethnic groups. The system of the dry-stone wall was employed, whereby natural Andean stone is shaped and laid.

Studio Black created the label imagery to reflect the Winery's unique architectural style and textures of the local Andean Stone.
